'What a cute, clean, fun place! Well managed and easy to work with!'

'The house was great. The neighborhood wasn’t. People party out front of the apartment till 4:30 am. They have a really great time out there because you can hear them laughing and talking all night. Every Uber driver told us not to go out at night in the neighborhood so we didn’t. Cleaned up some water on the tile and the towel was black. The house is new and really nice but I think the maid just spot cleans.'

'Overall the property was clean, felt safe, convenient to Downtown Nashville and surrounding sites.Nice layout and plenty of restrooms with the basics nicely supplied. You could come in with just your luggage and enjoy your stay.Blackout curtains would be nice due to a very well lit parling area. Beginning to show needs of repair and replenishment of some of the kitchen utensils.'

'This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.'
