'This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.'

'The house was great. The neighborhood wasn’t. People party out front of the apartment till 4:30 am. They have a really great time out there because you can hear them laughing and talking all night. Every Uber driver told us not to go out at night in the neighborhood so we didn’t. Cleaned up some water on the tile and the towel was black. The house is new and really nice but I think the maid just spot cleans.'

'Great except it’s a bit difficult to know which home to go to because all have the same number I had to message the owner to know which one to go to. All was great other than that '

'Overall a nice house. Clean and as described. However frustrating to stay in, starting with a 10 digit code anytime you wanted to enter the house! (Who can remember that!) This house shows a lot of wear and tear. Several broken kitchen appliances, worn out kitchenware, loose and broken furniture, broken door locks, ect....Provided K-cups, but no K-cup machine. Only 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 extra garbage bags for a five night stay with 10 people. Not what we expected in such a high end...

'Great location, house was perfect with lots of space and the garage was really great with the wet weather. Walked to Vandy and being walkable distance to restaurants and bars was perfect. Really appreciated the communication and clear instructions. '

'The houses had plenty of room for our family trip. The cleanliness of the units could've have been better. All in All was a good place to stay. The host was very receptive and easy to deal with. Description was spot on as far as how far of a drive to places where. We would definately stay again. '
