'The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!'

'Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.'

'Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. We will stay with Tim again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for everything Tim. '

'It was a cute cottage style room. Perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was an extremely cozy place to stay.'

'Very clean, easy communication/check in check out process. The room is exactly as advertised. Within walking distance of Geodis Park and the 12 South area. Downtown is about a $12 ride. I would stay here again in the future.'

'Some sheets were stained and the floor under and around the bed clearly had not been cleaned in months. I suspect this is a private equity owned apartment with no direct management.'

'It was a great time and the price was amazing. Had some issues finding and getting into my room the first day because I wasn’t sent the room number but was able to get in contact with the 24hr support team and they helped me pretty quick. other then that no issues, I would definitely recommend this place'
