Extremely clean rental and convenient location

We just stayed the night to attend a concert. The location is very convenient to walk anywhere in Germantown. The rental was extremely clean and communication with the owner to coordinate parking and key codes couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

The property is so close to downtown Nashville. It was spotless clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and safe.
