'It was a beautiful property, well provisioned with telescope, great outdoor furniture and upscale interior. Owners were responsive and great to deal with. Fully recommend!'

'This was a wonderful trip with the family. The tent was such a fun experience. Good to get away from technology but was still able to access it if needed in the lobby. Breakfast burritos and s’mores ever night were something to look forward to. Close to the falls and sand dunes. Having bathrooms and showers were a bonus. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but still overall a great time. Would definitely go back and stay here again. '

'This property is perfect for those of us who want slightly more than a local hotel offers (privacy, kitchen, pets, outdoor space, etc). After reading the reviews, my wife and I booked 2 nights with our small dog over the 4th of July weekend 2025. Everything was great and the price was very reasonable. The king bed is comfortable. 'Trisha is one of those hosts who has obviously traveled and brought her travel knowledge to her own rental cabin. A large cabinet holds everything one might need! The bed is super comfy, the dark sky is wonderful, the dogs loved it and she has lots of local information! We'll definitely be back!'

Chipmunks Squirels ohh my lol and saw an Elk and a baby walk right by on other side of fence The house was clean and well decorated. It is an older house so don’t expect glamour but everything you will need for a relaxing trip. '

'We were a group of 8 fairly experienced hikers from the Monument/Co Springs area wanting to knock out the 5 big peaks in this area. We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning.
