Please note: There is a separate, locked-off apartment on the property occupied by long-term tenants. The apartment has no access to the main house. The only shared space is the outdoor garden areas.

• Joyful Journey Hot Spings - a gravity-fed natural water hot springs clocking in at 30 mins from Star House, this hot springs boast several pools ranging from 98 degrees to 108 degrees and views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains that are to die-for! This venue is a solemn and contemplative experience which encourages quiet reflection and serenity.

• Valley View Hot Springs - all natural waters set in nature with hiking trails and views of the San Luis Valley. This venue clocks in at 40 mins from Star House and boasts all natural waters in natural pools. This is a clothing optional community so you should be comfortable with other human bodies, and access can be limited so be sure to plan ahead.

• Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs - a natural water hot springs with tons of amenities. This location clocks in at 35 mins from Star House and is geared for socializing and hot soaking. There is a 21+ section of the complex with a full bar and kitchen, the local beer list is robust and the food is stellar. This is a very socal venue and ADA compliant so great to go with large groups.
