'First I was given a room that was on the second floor and no working elevator. No one offered to take our items to our room until I asked. A hotel at this level should have a bellman and valet especially during the weekends. Our room was small but clean with a small window to see the river. Our bed was an old mattress with flat pillows. The rooms needed luggage racks because no place to set luggage off the floor. The bathroom was very small but clean. Shower was dripping constantly and leaked...

'I wish occasionally hotels would deep clean the rooms instead of always a quick clean each time. Put a little bleach type cleaner on the dusty baseboards in the bathroom and in the shower.. clean the carpets or spot clean carpets.. at least occasionally.'

'Weg aan motel is erg luidruchtig, vraag om een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel. Is gedateerd maar prima te doen voor 1 nacht. Ontbijt niet spectaculair. '

'Stairwell was pretty dirty and carpeting needed to be replaced. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable but furniture in room was older and a bit banged up BUT, was still usable and considering the room cost not surprising. Overall a pretty decent value.'

'The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. '
