'We take guy trips to fish Lake St. Claire and decided to take the wives up for a weekend getaway. It was our first time on the upper part of the lake and it's loaded with fish and things to do. The house and Christa (host) are great. You can't go wrong with a house right on the lake with a hot tub and a bar and grill (Island Grill) right around the corner on the water. If your looking for a getaway I highly recommend it!'

'I can’t say enough about the cleanliness, and how well it is stocked with absolutely everything you would want in the kitchen, fabulous, coffee bar that even had hot chocolate, which is what I drink! Very peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, I will definitely be going back,'

'We booked off season at the last minute to get away, and Ty was a welcoming host. Hot tub was excellent and very clean. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. If you want to stream some tv, you will enjoy the reclining couches. Beautiful area.'

'The stay was perfect! The only thing I can suggest is a small step for the front door. It was a bit high for my elderly parents. And we did have someone trip on it when carrying in an armload. Otherwise the pool and game rooms were perfect and well appreciated as the weather was not as wonderful as we were hoping for.'

'Everything was accommodating the host were so helpful..what stood out to me is that beach home or lake house feeling from the home designs made it feel so comfortable my kids loved it the view of waking up to the water and hearing the waves when you open your eyes was beautiful…I would definitely recommend to others and come back again when it’s warmer 🙏'
