'There is no transportation on the grounds for older visitors if they need assistant. Due to the lrge amount of guest, parking was a problem. We had to park all the way at the entrance of the hotel. which meant about a mile walk back, which was very painful due to the fact that I just had knee surgery. Maybe incoroporating some golf carts on the premises in cases like this would accomodate the guest and make thier stay more comfortable '

'The resort and beach were beautiful. Staff were extra friendly and so much fun! The food and drinks were great and they had many drink options. There are activities to do daily that are included with resort fees like paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. There were beach/pool activities daily and staff were super involved and made sure to make everything fun. I’ve never returned to a resort twice, but plan to return to this one soon :)'

'The property was beautiful so many amazing things to see. The rooms were very roomy. I do have a few mi or complaints. There is not much direction getting around the property. We walked in circle up and fine stairs. No maps were offered to us. When we finally found the lobby again we asked for a map which helped a lot. The resort was pretty empty I did feel there was not much to do in the way of entertainment during the day. Hardly any interaction with the staff.'

'De huishouding was top, vriendelijk en schoon. Veel lawaai in omgeving achter hotel was een dancing die tot 3 uur in de nacht harde muziek weergaf. Geen uitzicht naar buiten door plastic ramen ( geblindeerd) slecht tot geen toegang tot zee. Toeristen hadden muziekboc mee in zwembad waardoor wij binnen in hotelkamer niet konden communiceren. Hier werd niks van gezegd.'

'Ik heb helaas de Chikungunya opgelopen dus heb weinig van Ocho Rios kunnen zien maar des te meer van het hotel. Ze zijn heel behulpzaam geweest en heel lief voor mij. Het hotel is echt een aanrader en kamer 215 heeft een heel mooi balkon, echt geweldig. Het ontbijt vind ik wat minder had wat internationaler gemogen maar verder echt geweldig mooi.'

'As two young females going to have a night out. We felt very safe due to the level of security given and communication. Damien and his coworker were very thoughtful and ensured the room was comfortable with AC on and that we were connected to Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious and very filling .
