'I had a wonderful experience. Not only was the price good and the location amazing but the accommodations had everything we needed. It was spotless, quiet, perfect for cooking, entertaining (my mum, who I was there to visit), comfortable with a living room and television, and the airco was top notch! 'We only stayed a weekend, but with how clean and spacious we wish we stayed longer. There were extra everything in the closet. The shower was awesome. The place was nice and cozy. The parking wasn’t so bad. And there are plenty of eating places within walking distances. We definitely recommend this place. '

'The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!'

'The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!'

'I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. '

"This trip we stayed in 250$ a night locations and in 100$ a.n. locations, the most expensive one disappointed us the most. Canopy by Hilton. PHI. The fridge still had stuff and food (A SMELLY CHEESEPLATTER AND DRINKS) and the shower had hairs. Black ones (i'm a red head, partner is bold ) Would have expected this in a lower rated hotel, just not at the Hilton."
