'A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.'

We received the automated VBRO message stating that we would receive check in information from our host on 23NOV25; however, we did not. The host did however respond almost immediately when we messaged the day prior to our check in. 'Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. '

'Everything about this property was fantastic! The accommodations were exceedingly comfortable. Anything you could possibly need was there. The view was spectacular. Everything down to the tiniest detail was well thought out and designed from having music playing throughout the home to providing glitzy costumes for the disco to having binoculars available for viewing eagles!'
