'Only one person was helpful and friendly when we first arrived, but it was all downhill from there. Breakfast items run out quickly, and if you even ask about them, you get the rudest treatment. The soaps in the room were not filled upon arrival, and if you ask for refills or even fresh towels, you get the same attitude. The owners or managers need to hire better personnel who actually care about serving this hotel’s guests.'

'The Smokey casino entry was such a turnoff. It’s the first impression upon entry. As a woman, you never want to leave your hotel for a lovely night out smelling like a pack of cigs—especially for non-smokers that left that nasty habit in the 90s. 'I was blown away I haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn express in a long time. Very bright. Lighting excellent throughout. The bed comfy. Lots of long pillows. Really liked that. Glass shower door. The breakfast was the best I have experienced complimentary. The options were great. Staff super friendly.'
