Vind je ideale hotel in Berlijn

'Nothing worked and i was given the wrong room. Microwave didnt turn and extremely dirty.(didn’t use) everywhere i looked i was extremely disgusting. Pillows was dirty and there was no phone. Only thing that worked was the tv. I could hear two guys talking all night long as well as traffic outside. Bery smokey even in the non smoking room i got'

'The room had a slight smell. I think the carpet just needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the room was okay. It advertised refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. But there was no coffee maker in the room. It was fine because I’m a tea drinker and I always bring my own electric tea pot. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were flat. They appeared fluffy until you laid on them. The front desk person, Gabby, was very nice and polite. Overall, I would stay there again.'

'I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there...

'I booked last minute for my toddler and I, because I was locked out of my house and it was late at night. Arrived at 11:55 pm with my toddler asleep. the front desk lady helped me with my bags and made everything as fast as possible. Gave me a first floor room because i didn't want to go too far with my sleeping toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and i was checked out right after breakfast!'
