'Room was clean, breakfast was great.'

'There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.'

We stayed here for a regatta on the river which is about a mile walk through an industrial park. Not walkable to any shopping but plenty of stores and restaurants within driving distance.'

'Hotel was nice and was convenient to access public transportation. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Customer service could have been a little better with friendlier check-in hostess. Specific example is when i picked up my luggage since i could not check in early, they just handed it to me with no verbal acknowledgement or courtesy.'

'compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation!
