'I’m going to be honest, the property is a slob, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and were not clean. The room was rented for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels to shower with. The room was listed as “comes with mini fridge”. No mini fridge was in the room. Another bad thing about it that annoyed me was that I booked this INN due to it stating that it had free shuttle bus that takes you too and from the airport. 'Fix your bathtub drain. Clean your floors. Great breakfast on weekends Tuesday was really poor breakfast. Workers were really nice, and helpful.'

'The room was horrible. The room smelled of smoke as soon as you got in the room. The room was relatively clean. The door on the bathroom was hanging off the hinges. Literally hanging off. We had to hold up the door and push it on. Then the bath tub was not clean. We didn't even take a shower because the tub was not clean. If you need it for one night it's ok.'

'There was 4 of us in a 2 beds room and they charged me extra $40.00. There was only 2 towels in the room and when I requested extra towels, our request was ignored. Management is terrible. Weddings were not fresh and they reused bedsheets from previous guess. I really want a refund of my stay.'

'When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.'

'Checkout was indicated as 12:00 noon when the reservation was made online and stated as such on the receipt, but at checkin the front desk staff informed me that management had just changed it to 11:00 am! My itinerary was based on the noon checkout!! I was not happy as it affected my car rental plans!'

The counter/drssers was dirty, there was food in between the sheets, and stains kn the blanket.
