'Very pleased with this stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to lots of people essential services.'

'Location and room size are very good. But strange thing is there's only one bathroom in our 2 bedroom apartment. Bedrooms are of modest size. The decor is nice. But the record player is missing the power cord. The room phone is missing network connection. The heating from A/C is not strong enough. I reported all these issues to the front desk but none was addressed after two nights.'

The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! 'The gentleman at the front desk (Guiseppe) was amazing, so kind and helpful - it was a beautifully appointed room with the most amazing spa bathtub EVER - Restaurant was closed as we were there on a Monday, and I wish we could have stayed longer to try it! Would absolutely stay again!'

'Everything is good because it's still new. Only issue was about 50 people squeezing into the small pool at the same time. They need time slots for this reason.'

'There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.'
