'Cute and comfy place to stay. Smells like fresh cookies when you walk in. Beds were comfortable and the setup worked well for our 1 night stay. Host, Bernadette was pleasant and communicated the needed information well before our arrival, making it a smooth process. Close walk to things in ocean grove as well as asbury.'

'The Inn is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The breakfasts were very filling with lots of great choices and the teatime and wine and cheese in the afternoon were lovely. The property could use some upgrading. The bathroom ceiling tiles were moldy and need to be replaced and outside of the guest room were trunks filled with cleaning supplies which should have been stowed way more discreetly. It’s an old house so the upkeep is considerable, but for the room rate, the place could use a little...

'This Carriage House was the best B & B my wife and I have visited so far! Super helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean room, just a few minutes walk from the beach, serene surroundings. We highly recommend The Carriage House to anyone visiting Ocean Grove area. And we loved walking the streets of quaint Ocean Grove, NJ, which is our new favorite NJ location 😊🇺🇸'

'Charming Victorian property and very centrally located right in Cape May’s historic district. We stayed for a week and had a great time. The staff was very friendly, and food was great (even included home baked afternoon cookies everyday). The owners seem very active in the town’s historical preservation (eg cofounders of the nearby Harriet Tubman museum).'

'I had the most amazing stay. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the lobby and porch area - so cozy and chic. Will definitely stay her again.'

'What a wonderful place to stay. Great accommodations and wonderful staff !!'

'We absolutely loved this property. It was festive, cute, inviting and also had a flair for the humorous! We will be back for sure!'

'Your stay is like staying at your Aunt Sheila’s house. The hospitality and the 50’s theme is off the charts!'

'Every aspect of our visit was wonderful. We loved our room. The property is beautiful, easily accessible to many areas in Cape. May. Very easy to walk to places.'

'Pros: close to the beach; breakfast at the corner diner was delicious, as was the ice cream; ice was available; a gathering space w coffee and water; clean linens when requested; keyless front entry. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were friendly. There is parking nearby in a small lot. Cons: the room was small; only having one room key was frustrating; the bed too soft & bouncy; threadbare and stained sheets; tiny, tiny shower; visibly dusty ceiling fan had sprayed dust across the walls...
