'Our hosts had the property and interior clean and ready for a long weekend at the beach. We didn’t have to bring anything and were able to keep vacation costs at a minimum with NO last minute buys to BBQ or cook. Inside was immaculate, beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were FULLY stocked. If back down in Seaside would definitely use this property. The host was responsive and extremely accommodating. 'This was a quick, impulsive getaway to a New Jersey shore town I've visited almost without exception every summer of my 65 years and to a property we've no past experience with. 'Our stay at 123 Franklin Ave was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless and offered plenty of space for our small group of six. There was also more than enough room outdoors to host a few guests comfortably.We really appreciated the added amenities, especially the patio and grill — they made our time even more enjoyable.
