'This was just as described, beautiful brand new condo only blocks from the beach! Everything you need is there in the house that you would need in your own home/kitchen.I would recommend bringing something to tow your beach chairs and boogie boards in like a wagon. The host was easy to communicate with and very available! Only a small recommendation is to list the other bedrooms as pullout beds and not queen beds. Just in case somebody has any health issues otherwise they were comfortable...

'We had a wonderful stay. The place was large enough that of there were a bigger group than us 4, it would allow for privacy. It had just about everything we could have needed for the week. The bedroom on the top level does get a little warmer than the rest of the townhouse. There is a ceiling fan and an additional fan that does help very much. We would recommend staying here.'
