'Owners are very kind, low key, and communicative. We admired the beachy decor and cottage charm. No issues with parking, super short walk from the beach, boardwalk, rides, shops, restaurants, and close enough drive for excursions, near by aquariums, etc. Perfect for couples, family’s, or a friends get away to chill and enjoy. '

'Newly renovated property just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our contact, Erick, was responsive and friendly. The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!'

Our only problem was the heat in the house. The weather was unseasonably cold and we needed to rely on the heat. It wasn’t working and we needed to reach out to Stephan several times.
