'Excellent communication responds almost immediately to messages - super easy to work with no issues whatsoever. Extremely clean property and comfortable beds. We were in town for a lacrosse game at Monmouth University - it was a good location fairly close to campus easy drive. Thanks for a great weekend '

'Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) '

'The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. This property need alot of improvements '

'We stayed in 1B which was on the first floor at the end of the hallway. Room was basic but nice. It was clean. Our room had a private bath.'
