'This motel is under construction. No dining, no pool. Doors leading in to building had no locks, no security. Had 3 rooms, all were different---mirror on wall in one, mirror leaning on wall in one, none in third. No instructions on how to use TV. Towels/wash cloths were not replaced, dingy in color. Shower curtain yellowing on bottom. Bathrooms were dirty. Drain in one bathtub took 5 minutes to empty. Hair dry in one, none in the other two. Only one chair in each room. No staff to speak off....

'The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a quiet area and well maintained. I’m sorry I didn’t pay a bit more for the single King sized bed room. The beds were not queen sized. Not a deal breaker, we only stayed one night. Over all a pleasant stay.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very old and when we walked into our room it smelled like rotten food. I found a dirty sock and a used flosser under the bed when we were checking to make sure we had everything before we left. Towels were thin and rough, beds were not comfortable. My son wanted to swim so we walked over to the pool area and the hot tub was drained and looked filthy. Pool itself looked clean but the room was not well lit I did not let him swim we just went...

'The door had no latch plate in the door jam. The only thing holding the door closed was the hole in the jam so the door rattled all night. The floor was buckled in front of the bathroom. There was paint on the floor. The TV did not work. At least the sheets were clean.'

'This room met our needs. We checked in after 12:30 AM., needed a bed for sleep and a sink to brush our teeth. It met those needs. Bed was fine, the floor was not sticky. The room was dated and basic, but functional.'

'the swimming pool is out of service, but you can use the hotel next door, the hotel is being remolded but with minor inconvenience'

'The glass top stove was busted and the host never notified us of that. We had to but a griddle to cook breakfast on. When we contacted the host, he stated that it was busted two weeks prior to our say, on the fourth of july weekend. Silverware was dirty. Tons of pop or beer tabs in the utensil drawer. The balcony door to the outside does not lock. Other than that, the overall place was clean and the pool was nice'

'Fantastisc decorated cabin, country style. It looks great from the in and outside. The cabin is in a very private part of Janells garden. It has everything you need. Beds are super! Janell is a super host. Communication up front was clean and She welcomed us with cake and a Nice card. Janell was helpful with whatever we asked. Our boys could play with water in the garden and we all enjoyed the hottub! We recommand it to Everybody. Warmly Lagerweij family from Holland'

'My daughter and I came up for a night due to a dance competition. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The place is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We felt so safe and relaxed. I am definitely hoping to come back and visit with my husband. Can’t say enough great things about the property and the room. The bed was so comfortable too! Plenty of space for the two of us. '

'Loved the location of the property the tranquil peaceful surrounding was almost unexplainable by what I felt from grounding and reconnecting with Nature, Also the convience of Maumee State Park and the Beach is literally a 15 minute Drive'

'This property is in a rural setting but within a 5 minute drive to the Kroger grocery store/town. So buying those last minute food items was not a hassle. The linens were nice and clean as were the towels, etc. The host decorated very nicely with lit Christmas trees, bells, and prop wrapped presents with bows - VERY NICE. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping-pong tables in the garage.'
