'This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod...

'We stayed at CASA MAVA for 4 nights, and it was exactly what we hoped for. This hotel has everything that you'll expect from a luxury boutique hotel and exceeds it.
It starts when you walk in... The architecture of the hotel is beautifully balanced, spacious, and well thought out. It was like walking into an oasis.
Fernando and Luis made us feel like family during the stay and went over and above to make sure everything was perfect.

'The rooms are spotless, and the kitchen in the room is great. The highlight is the terrace with an incredible view of the sea and the sunset. Every evening, we were set up there to enjoy the sunset. The pool is splendid, surrounded by beautiful plants. The service is impeccable; we even extended our stay by a night! Nothing to complain about.
Regarding the comments about the street being somewhat “unwalkable,” it’s nothing. It’s just a sandy street with some palm debris, nothing more!

'Casamar ligt in een omgeving die niet heel prettig is. Het is een van de weinige gebouwen die af is en de buurt maakt daarom in eerste instantie een nogal geïsoleerde en desolate indruk.
De volgende ochtend kwam ik er achter dat Casamar dicht bij het surfstrand La Punta ligt. Daar zijn veel leuke tentjes en is het prima toeven. Dus, als je komt om te surfen is Casamar eigenlijk een prima adres. Anders zou ik er niet gaan zitten.
Bij Casamar moet je voor alles
bijbetalen: ontbijt, airco,...

'Een parel van een verblijf in Puerto Escondido.
Een prachtige, moderne accommodatie zowel binnen als het terras en zwembad. Tot in detail afgewerkt!
Gastvrij ontvangst van Alex die allerlei tips heeft voor de omgeving en voor wat je zoekt. Water en koffie voor je verblijf staat klaar. Kortom een aanrader!
