'Casamar ligt in een omgeving die niet heel prettig is. Het is een van de weinige gebouwen die af is en de buurt maakt daarom in eerste instantie een nogal geïsoleerde en desolate indruk. De volgende ochtend kwam ik er achter dat Casamar dicht bij het surfstrand La Punta ligt. Daar zijn veel leuke tentjes en is het prima toeven. "I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
