'Es un hotel que aunque se nota que tiene algunos años está muy bien cuidado y limpio. No tiene plancha ni secadora de pelo en la habitación pero no fue inconveniente. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. '

'First time in Oaxaca and made an excellent choice. We were right in the middle of town with the mercados and zocalo within walking distance. Darker shades would've been nice, a lot of light came in the early morning. There was no elevator but still enjoyed the hotel along with the breakfast. I would stay there again. '

'A great hotel if you can find a good deal. The rooms we had look a bit dated but everything works and is maintained. The hotel is very big. Most rooms have parking in front of or near the rooms. Internet is good. Shower is hot and the beds are soft. Would stay here again if i can afford it or find a good deal.'

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
