'Loved the property and its great outdoor spaces, especially the upstairs Palapa surrounded with blooming flowers. The shared pool is very clean and inviting. It was very quiet the whole time we were there. The air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room is welcome. We ate out most meals except for breakfast, but the kitchen is a nice space. 'We had such a wonderful stay here - great living area (comfy couches and smart TV) and kitchen with big table. Lots of natural light throughout the whole place. Cute and quiet neighborhood - about 10 min walk into town but even faster if you rent mopeds. Host was very responsive and helpful! We were working remotely and the setup was great - desks and AC in every room and very sturdy WiFi.'

'We had a quiet and relaxing stay'

'We were six adults visiting and wanted to be close to food/bars/shopping but not in the thick of things. This beach house was a great fit for us. The host, Gemma, was so kind, responsive, and helpful! The neighborhood was pretty quiet but only 10-15 minutes walk from bars and had some closer breakfast places mixed in the neighborhood. 'We were so fortunate to stay at this very comfortable, fun and beautifully laid out home on the Coast of Oaxaca. Casa de los Suenos was perfectly situated on the beach where we went on early morning and evening Sunset walks...The architecture of the house is a blend of traditional Mexican open living with modern playful resort vibe. The Palapa was a wonderful open space to eat and work with views of the pool and the ocean beyond...The pool is great for kids and adults alike with sunken dining...

'We visited Casa Pelicano with my little family of 3 which included my 9 year old daughter. From the beginning communication with the host was great! Every question was answered and clear instructions were given for check-in etc. The property itself is great. Walking distance to Playa Carazalillo - beautiful beach with a beach club where you can rent beach beds and get food and drinks. Also walking distance to Rinconada’s restaurants and shops. Overall, great location in a quiet neighborhood....
