'This was our first experience in Playa del Carmen not at an all inclusive resort. The area was very safe and we were able to walk to 5th ave safely. The house accommodated 7 people with no problems. The house was very clean.'

'The pictures didn’t lie- this place is stunning. It was very clean and the furnishings, sheets, towels, kitchen dishes and appliances are all very well appointed. The pool and yard were pristine too. There was one window that didn’t close properly when we arrived. I texted and they had a guy fixing it within 30minutes! We would love to go back to the very same house. '

'Everything was great. We were a group of 8 for 3 nights and 10 for 2 of those nights and had plenty of space and everything we needed - could have done with some single beds rather than all doubles because some of the guests weren’t couples and all above 25 years old and mostly men … but it was still great and we figured things out. Nice big space upstairs to spend time together and close enough to where we wanted to go so we could walk. '

'Communication from the owner and the property manager was excellent prior and during the stay. Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. The location of the property is great. It is a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, but is far enough that it is not loud at night. All rooms have AC. Golf carts are not required, but know you will be walking up...

'This place was perfect for what we wanted. It was peaceful, beautiful, great view and we enjoyed it so much. We stayed one more night we just couldn’t get ourselves to leave lol.. We will be back for sure! It was extremely hot and humid , but for a Phoenician, if I have a view of the ocean, I don’t care how hot it is. The AC was great and we stayed cold inside. This home was just like a beach cottage, it reminded me of the places we would stay in when I was a child. I loved it, so did...
