'The area was in the historic part of Merida lots of character in the building buildings. Parking was easy right on the street in front of the unit. 'La dueña muy amable, el lugar de ubicación muy tranquilo, pero al final me dio otra habitación diferente a la que yo había reservado, el baño estaba fuera de la habitación y era compartido (lo que yo no pedí), las ventanas del baño no cerraban bien, y la taza del baño tenía una fuga muy grande, por lo que estaba un charco de agua limpia en el piso. "The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
