'20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. '

'We absolutely loved our stay in this house. There are many houses here and this was right up front by the pool and the beach. We had 6 adults and 5 little kids and all fit perfectly. The large dining table was so nice to have big family dinners. We hired Karla to cook for us two nights and it was delicious! 'This was our third time staying at Villa De Paz Isla. We choose to stay here as it is a beautiful private property (inside and out) and is in a great location mid island. We throughly enjoyed our 2 weeks. The pool is so refreshing and we enjoyed our daily visits from the little iguana family living on the property. We look forward to visiting again.
