'Door to the bedroom downstairs that has a jacuzzy outside of it does not lock at ll. Need to fix, it was like that when we arrived. The karaoke machine has no microphones. Front door lock code, sometimes it works other times malfunctions. None of the jacuzzi's were hot enough for a jacuzzi. Other than that, the house is beautiful. We recommend it. Discrepancies are minor. Pretty safe place even with bad door.. Thank you.'

'We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place. A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We arrived and the property was exactly like the pictures. We had one issue with an empty gas tank and did not have hot water for our first morning but the response to resolve the issues was exceptional. My family enjoyed the property.'

'We had a great time at the Mayan Breeze Villa. We had 14 family members staying, 6 were kids 14 and under and they had a great time in the pool. It was a great pool for our family. The inside was big and spacious, very comfortable. '

'We stayed in one of the villas and had a great stay! Spacious 3 bed 4 bath unit, super clean, friendly staff and central to everything. A short few minute drive to the beach and coastline. Only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower, but other than that, a great stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are having a great stay!'
