'The design of the house is beautiful, however not functional for a group of 10 because of the bathrooms. There are 2 en suite bathrooms and another single bathroom for all others to share. It ended up being 6 of us trying to share a single bathroom. We thought we could share the en suite bathrooms but it wasn't easy if someone was in the room, the door was closed, or during bedtime. 'The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .'

'While the hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating, the house was really not up to par for what was advertised. It was a gorgeous location, much closer to the beautiful beach than we anticipated (across the street, two houses down), and on a safe and secluded street with security.But the actual house needed a ton of work. We would run out of hot water because the boiler stopped working multiple times, much of the wood was warped or crumbling, rendering the use of the bedroom...

'We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.'

'House was acceptable and nice, nothing too extravagant. While it has 7 bedrooms, 2 are secluded through a locked exterior door. The beach 4 blocks away, not 1. There is NO concierge as listed. The host was well-intentioned and responsive but it was rarely helpful. I picked the place because of a concierge, but still had to find and book everything myself. The house is in two perimeters of gated communities so taxi access is nearly impossible. The provided address was wrong (and still is), so...

'Lovely peaceful place to stay. Staff vey helpful. Dealt immediately with a water off issue. On site managers were great! Need to use Google translate fir mire cimplicated requests but this worked well. Cooking facilites and balcony wonderful.'
