'The location of the resort is a bottleneck for sargassum. It is not really the hotels fault but I do believe Expedia should disclose the amount of seaweed and smell it produces. The food on the adult side is sub-par while the food on the family side of the resort is much better. The golf cart shuttle service for resort to resort schedule (10-15mins) is never consistent. The resort is set on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen — pristine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. The attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality restaurants and beautifully presented dishes. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The atmosphere is peaceful, refined, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommended — I would return without hesitation."

"Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening, goede kwaliteit van het eten en drankjes. Alleen jammer dat het strand aan het hotel zelf erg klein en minder goed gelegen is. Je kan wel naar het strand bij de nabijgelegen hotels die wel mooie stranden hebben, maar dan kan je natuurlijk niet genieten van de barservice."
