'I would not recommend this hotel and never go there again myself. Positives: It is a good size hotel, gives a good impression upon arrival and has a massive swimming pool. 'Everything was very neat, the staff were friendly, there were plenty of dining options, and the coffee was delicious! The only downside was that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. The hotel was close to the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Definitely recommend!'

"The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
