'The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Sad to leave, but will be back.the food is fenomenal at the resyaurants and at the buffets! Entertainment needs a bit of work, But the beach parties are great...'

'Seaweed season had no ideas we needed to take that into consideration. The smell was bad day and night. Wasn’t able to enjoy the beach at all due to the massive amounts of seaweed. Staff was super great and amazing. Rooms were great. Except patio pools had algae and animal poop in it. Food and restaurant were amazing. But should be open later than 8pm Bar should be open later than 12 especially during the summer. Property was beautiful. Entertainment was great as well. '

It would be nice if there was some privacy separation between the pool of our neighbors. We had instances where our neighbors were in front of our pool area, basically viewing inside of our room. 'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kregen wij bij binnenkomst weinig uitleg. De kamer (wij hadden Lagoon) was heel groot, netjes en rustig gelegen en een eigen klein zwembad,...
