'It was a very pleasant couple days with our family in Tulum'

'The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time...

'Five adults, teen and pre teen. Private, secure, with just the right amount of indoor family space and outdoor lounging and pool play. Caretakers are wonderful and responsive. Close to Tulum and many sightseeing and action activities. Newly built Tulum Airport was a bonus for us. Our only dislike was the condition of the road. Very rough and bumpy getting to the villa at the end of the road.'

'The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. We had trouble getting through the two gates on more than one occasion. It would help to add the following for guest use: vegetable peeler, can opener, electric...

'I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Tulum. It’s perfectly located in a safe neighborhood close to excellent restaurants. The house itself is spacious with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Jean Francois and his concierge team were more than accommodating and supplied us with lots of recommendations. Communication was excellent. We even did a tequila tasting at the house that was informative and fun! '
