'We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!'

'It's an ok place to stay. Not too expensive compared to other accommodation in the region. The hotel could do with some overdue maintenance, but overall it was clean and quiet(ish). Close to the ruins, but you need your own transportation. '

'A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.'

'The nighttime manager set his alarm to let us in because our flight was late and we didn’t get in till 2 AM. He was very accommodating.'

'The room had a rustic feel while still being clean, modern and safe. Hot water everyday with air conditioner. The patio faces a small yard below and wall but you still hear all of the sounds of nature and can see the gorgeous trees and warm rain! The breakfast has a limited menu but delicious every morning! We were able to park on premises without issue every day and At night, someone is there to let you in the locked front entrance. It was a bit quiet during our stay and not a lot going on, but...

'I stayed at this property from January 18th to the 29th. I have to say it was life changing. From the views, sound of the waves, friendly staff, to dancing on the beach under the stars, I can’t recommend this place enough. A big thank you to my concierge, Caleb. He was an outstanding support system and helped me navigate everything from tours to history and traditions. Although I came to Tulum by myself, I leave with lifelong friends and beautiful memories. '
