'Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'd never stayed at an all-inclusive place before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was a great place to stay. My only criticism is that if you're trying to communicate with the hotel through Expedia, don't. They respond very slowly through that portal. Direct with the hotel is much better.'
