'De villas liggen rustig en direct aan een privé strand. De auto staat veilig en bewaakt op het terrein. De villas zijn volledig ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Ook de 2 zwembaden zijn fijn waarvan 1 voor kleine kinderen. We hebben genoten.'

'Akumal Natura was fine, but not great. Our min issue was mosquitos -- there are plenty of them, which didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors that much. The rooms were okay but slightly dirty from the natural rooftop (straw and clay mix, I guess), some tree discard would go through. As for the cenotes, the deeper one was great - really pristine and peaceful; the shallow one was not very appealing due to sand and mud. The food was good but limited in options. 'Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. '

'Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.'

'I brought two families with me to this resort. This was my second trip to grand palladium family selection. This time the resort has improved their food quality. Last trip the food was not so great except the nest. This time around the nest, the Asian and Mexican restaurants were my favourite. Only down side I did not like was our hotel room had a cheap wood shower door which was a concern because could be a treated wood and cancer causing chemicals leaking out as we shower. Really not...

'Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.'

'Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.'
