'The rooms were super clean. There was a variety of food which was great but it was only at the fiesta americana which was the sister hotel. The explorean only had one place to eat and the food honestly was not great. We sat through a what we though was a meeting to tell us more about the hotel amenities and it turned out to be a sales pitch to become fiesta members. 2 1/2 hrs later we finally were able to walk off. They got very insistent even after we said no. Honestly they were very upset...

'Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho '

'Muy bonito; piscina fantastica y camas excelentes.'

'Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend.'

'Muy buena ubicación '

'Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun'

'The staff'

'We stayed for 2 weeks. The view is amazing. The pool with sea view very enjoyable. The staff was amazing, always prompt to help with anything we needed. Only one mile away from the ferry and main downtown. The walking is easy and safe. We will be back next year.'

'Ojo, Expedia te vende la estadía con desayuno, es mentira, el Hotel no cuenta con restaurantes, en cuanto al Hotel no tengo ninguna queja, super tranquilo y ameno. 10/10'

'Es muy buena opción de hotel en Cozumel. El desayuno es básico pero es bueno. Es muy tranquila la ubicación y el personal es muy amable, el único problema es la regadera, se sale toda el agua y el baño termina todo mojado'

'The staff was super friendly and the room was nice. We appreciated the bottled water and beautiful rooftop view. The breakfast is the same thing everyday which gets tiresome during an extended stay. They also only give you 1 towel per person, no hand soap, no dish soap, or no laundry soap. Seems weird to have to pack your own soap to wash your hands after you use the bathroom. There are barking dogs that make it hard to sleep & it's a bumer to have to give them your driver's license to get...
