What took away our comfort was the gaps at the main door and the lack of insulation which might have shielded some of the noise from the road and critters from entering. A blanket was also not provided for the sofa bed and we never received one upon request. It is also strange that there is a window in the area of the shower in...

'The staff was super friendly and the room was nice. We appreciated the bottled water and beautiful rooftop view. The breakfast is the same thing everyday which gets tiresome during an extended stay. They also only give you 1 towel per person, no hand soap, no dish soap, or no laundry soap. Seems weird to have to pack your own soap to wash your hands after you use the bathroom. There are barking dogs that make it hard to sleep & it's a bumer to have to give them your driver's license to get...

'Es muy buena opción de hotel en Cozumel.
El desayuno es básico pero es bueno.
Es muy tranquila la ubicación y el personal es muy amable, el único problema es la regadera, se sale toda el agua y el baño termina todo mojado'
