'This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport.
You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry.
Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind!

'Lovely apartment a 10 min walk from town and lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. This is not a hotel, so maids do not come in everyday. Rooftop pool area was great, we really enjoyed our stay and was great value for money compared to a hotel. Street parking was available if you hire a car. Staff were friendly and explained everything perfectly on check in'

'We've vacationed at Playa Azul over a dozen times over the years and we absolutely love staying there! This was our second visit this year. The beach area and snorkeling are first rate! 'We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe.
Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee.
