'Horrible experience. Staff needs training on hospitality. Food was terrible too and Im not a picky either. Even the simplest foods youd think they couldnt mess up they did. What they were really great about was kicking you out of anywhere you shouldnt be at. Restaurants were very low capacity and always full so we had to habe the same food all trip. Room wasnt ready until 4pm, they didnt clean our room until 5pm one day, no towels another day we had to go down and use beach towels, we asked for...
