'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Room and bathrooms are pretty old. I saw mold in the bathroom. They try to keep it clean. Staff are very friendly. Food is ok in the tropical, but in the Caribbean, food is excellent. My kids love the pool with the slide. Overall the hotel is ok. '

Strand en zee erg mooi, hoewel er in de zee veel (grote) stenen liggen en je even moet oppassen als je erin loopt. Je ligt onder een palmboom op een wit strand, super. Buffet was compleet en je krijgt netjes een tafel toegewezen; geen Turkse resort taferelen, men is erg beleefd. Minpunten: betalen voor wifi is zo niet meer van deze tijd. Het enig hotel...

'Wat een heerlijk verblijf in het adults only gedeelte van het resort. Supervriendelijk personeel in elke bar, restaurant, en kamerpersoneel. Gelegen in een mangrove. Super mooi en genoten van elk moment.'
