'Everything was good except for 2 things : 1) we went the last week of April and the seaweed at the beach was so much 2) a dinner reservation system was horrible, we arrived on a Sunday and immediately went to guest services to book our dinners for the week. The problem is nearly all of them were booked up for the week already even though this is during off-season, which was really surprising. 'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'The shoreline was very rocky, which made entering the water difficult. There was also a lot of seaweed, but the hotel staff diligently cleared it away, making our morning swims much more pleasant. The food was fresh and delicious, with a wide selection of fruits and vegetables. The rooms were clean, and the bed linen was fresh and clean as well. We had a wonderful time staying at the resort with our family.'

'Het is een groot complex en daar moet je van houden; het is dus overal behoorlijk druk. M.n. Amerikanen en Mexicanen, met hun eigen gewoontes. Strand en zee erg mooi, hoewel er in de zee veel (grote) stenen liggen en je even moet oppassen als je erin loopt. Je ligt onder een palmboom op een wit strand, super. Buffet was compleet en je krijgt netjes een tafel toegewezen; geen Turkse resort taferelen, men is erg beleefd. Minpunten: betalen voor wifi is zo niet meer van deze tijd. Het enig hotel...
