'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful.
