'This house was perfect! We had 10 people for a 50th birthday celebration and we had everything we needed. The whole area was extremely safe and private, we felt like we had our own beach. Edgar and our housekeeper were great and very responsive. Kim was very quick to reply to wordings our needs before and during our stay. The previous reviews helped a lot...bring water shoes is the biggest! We meet a wonderful neighbor that shared some great informant as well and we felt so welcome. 10/10...

'Everything was amazing! Deysi and Freddy were so sweet and helpful. The property was stunningly beautiful. So many lovely areas to chill in. Watching the storms on the sea from the hammocks at night was magical. Walking south along the shore from the house you can come to the beach from the side and avoid much of the tourist hassle. 'The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. 'Absolutely loved! The rooms were all nice. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The whole house was was very clean. The lagoon was so nice to swim in. We saw so many different types of fish. The water was clear. We had such a nice time. We also went swimming with the turtles at Akumal Beach. It was amazing and close to the house. We saw so many turtles and fish. The cleaning lady was so nice and very helpful giving us ideas of places to go.'

'Lovely position with plenty of outside space for eating and sitting in a hammock and lying in the sun overlooking the beach. We were able to wander down the beach yo the Jungle Fish beach bar for supper if we wanted to eat out. A real highlight was snorkeling nearby with Green Turtles. The owner Jacob was very attentive and he and the groundsman Edgar did everything they could to make sure we had everythjng we needed including clearing the seaweed from the beach for us.Thank you'

The staff and logistics were a big part of what made the trip so seamless and enjoyable.Edwin was our main chef for the weekend, along with an assistant. 'Unbelievable location and incredibly nice property. Was there with my bachelor party. Claudia the concierge took extremely good care of us, booking rides to all of our excursions and to and from the airport, setting up a private chefs who shopped, cooked and cleaned for us, and over all being ready to help with whatever we needed. 'WONDERFUL PLACE!! Casa de colores was ideal for our group of eleven. Loved the house with bathrooms in each bedroom. The pool was perfect. The caretakers came daily to take care of the house and were amazing. The town of Akumal is super cute with great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend the Chef Service and renting golf carts. We will be back. '

'The property is beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time. The keep the grounds as beautiful as the interior, and we felt safe and secure even with young kids. The crib and high char were very helpful!For others' awareness with kids, there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher, so expect to need to hand wash bottles etc. The staff did some laundry for us at a good price, so that solved the laundry needs.'
