'We absolutely loved our vacation at Casa Chaca. Jaime, Guille, and Zaydi were all so helpful in making our stay comfortable. Even with the seaweed, we were able to snorkel and kayak. Jaime cooked for us a couple of nights as well. We will definitely go back! '

'The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. 'Lovely position with plenty of outside space for eating and sitting in a hammock and lying in the sun overlooking the beach. We were able to wander down the beach yo the Jungle Fish beach bar for supper if we wanted to eat out. A real highlight was snorkeling nearby with Green Turtles. The owner Jacob was very attentive and he and the groundsman Edgar did everything they could to make sure we had everythjng we needed including clearing the seaweed from the beach for us.Thank you'

'Absolutely loved! The rooms were all nice. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The whole house was was very clean. The lagoon was so nice to swim in. We saw so many different types of fish. The water was clear. We had such a nice time. We also went swimming with the turtles at Akumal Beach. It was amazing and close to the house. We saw so many turtles and fish. The cleaning lady was so nice and very helpful giving us ideas of places to go.'

'Villa Palmeras was amazing! The house is beautiful. We were so surprised to have Patty there making breakfast and cleaning for us. She even cleaned our disgusting teenagers rooms, even though we insisted that she didn’t have to!! She and Naery made a magical stay beyond compare. We only wish we had been there when some of the many turtle nests surround the property began to hatch. We will be back! '

The staff and logistics were a big part of what made the trip so seamless and enjoyable.Edwin was our main chef for the weekend, along with an assistant. 'Our group of 14 people absolutely loved pelican Bay Villa!! Our property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved that it was on a beautiful golf course in Tulum country club. 'We just got back from our stay and every single person was blown away. The venue is absolutely stunning with great event space, beach access, the perfect party pool, rooftop views, etc. The best part though for our large group was food. Not having to move our big group around to restaurants relieved so much stress and the food from the chef was some of the best we have ever had. 'WONDERFUL PLACE!! Casa de colores was ideal for our group of eleven. Loved the house with bathrooms in each bedroom. The pool was perfect. The caretakers came daily to take care of the house and were amazing. The town of Akumal is super cute with great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend the Chef Service and renting golf carts. 'Unbelievable location and incredibly nice property. Was there with my bachelor party. Claudia the concierge took extremely good care of us, booking rides to all of our excursions and to and from the airport, setting up a private chefs who shopped, cooked and cleaned for us, and over all being ready to help with whatever we needed. 'We loved staying in this house. It offers great design and it's very comfortable, relaxing, and safe. The property manager was very responsive and offered great advice about things to do. The map in the VRBO listing shows the property in a slightly different part of Akumal. The house's location is actually BETTER than the map in the listing. It's a short walk to Yal Ku lagoon and several restaurants and convenience stores at the north end of Half Moon Bay. '
