'The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape.'

Burrito recommendation in Tulum was the best burritos we have ever had. Did a cenote scuba dive just up the street. A rental car here is very helpful.'

The private pool and direct beach access made this property very special. The pool is not heated, but the grandchildren loved it. The Caribbean Sea was rough on many days; however, lifeguards were present and attentive, so we were able to enjoy it while being cautious.
