'Our host was very timely with communication before and during our trip. The property is in a nice location close to public transportation and necessities. We felt safe walking to GoMart and taking the bus to the tourist spots. The property does not have a washer and dryer onsite but we were offered laundry service. 'This place was great-- better than expected. The property is shared duplex-style with the owners/hosts, but the configuration allows it to feel completely separate. The pool on the ground floor belongs entirely to the rental, and the rental spaces (3br 2ba) are on the 2nd floor with a common balcony overlooking the ocean and sweeping views of the coast. It's a stunning view.There is ample room for golf cart parking off-street, and there is private beach access, though the coast here is not...

'The property was exceptional. Super spacious, I had 7 adults and 4 children including 2 teenegers, and we all fit comfortably in the house. Everyone had their spacewithout disturbance. The pool at your backyard, did not had to be right there to watch the kids because from the balcony in the shade you could see them. The washer and dryer was a plus. We could watch the durty towels and dry swimsuits. Convinient store beside the condos. And if booking tours 5he bus picks you up at the entrance...

'The villa was very well stocked from kitchen to snorkels, fins, life jackets and kayaks. The location was close to many cenotes for swimming or just relaxing by the pool or beachfront.The staff was very helpful at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we can return!'

Short distance to fun activities, etc..For transportation, we were hooked up with a gentleman named Alex, and he was a wonderful owner of a transportation service, self-employed. Would highly recommend Alex for anyone’s transportation. He was kind and professional and knowledgeable.Our property was nice, couple glitches, but nothing major'

'Casa Caribbean Soul was wonderful! We loved the location, right on the water, and the dock was the best for getting into the water. The house was beautiful and well taken care of. The caretakers on site made the stay very relaxing and so nice to have someone do a bit of cleaning each day. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen had nice pans and knives and everything was in good shape. Which was a nice surprise for us after previous vrbo experiences! We loved our stay and would go back...
