Villa's in Quintana Roo

'Being in the jungle there were some things out of the control of management. Such as BIG cockroaches, and debris getting into the hot tub. There were also times that we lost water although management was very quick to respond and fix it. Air conditioning worked VERY well, the pool was beautiful and cleaned daily. I highly recommend, but be sure to shake out your clothes when you get home'

'The property was exceptional. Super spacious, I had 7 adults and 4 children including 2 teenegers, and we all fit comfortably in the house. Everyone had their spacewithout disturbance. The pool at your backyard, did not had to be right there to watch the kids because from the balcony in the shade you could see them. The washer and dryer was a plus. We could watch the durty towels and dry swimsuits. Convinient store beside the condos. And if booking tours 5he bus picks you up at the entrance...

'We had a wonderful stay. The home was very well maintained and clean, exactly as described. Nico, Pedro, and Anna were absolutely wonderful (and so was their dog who came to visit us every night), very kind and helpful. If you have an opportunity to have Anna cook for you, please take advantage, her food is wonderful. One note though, if you plan to have her cook for you, assume you will need to grocery shop daily. The only drawback was the sargassum. It is absolutely horrible and stinks...

'Our family of 7 enjoyed every second of our time at this property! The roof top lounge is even better than pictured. Excellent location - steps to the beach, a short walk to 5th Ave and grocery stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! '

'Casa Caribbean Soul was wonderful! We loved the location, right on the water, and the dock was the best for getting into the water. The house was beautiful and well taken care of. The caretakers on site made the stay very relaxing and so nice to have someone do a bit of cleaning each day. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen had nice pans and knives and everything was in good shape. Which was a nice surprise for us after previous vrbo experiences! We loved our stay and would go back...

'We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Playa Cozumel. Having the beach just steps away made mornings and sunsets especially nice, and the property felt quiet and private the entire time. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The staff and concierge were kind and attentive, checking in when needed and helping with anything we asked. Overall, it was a very relaxed and pleasant stay, and we would happily come back.'
