'Such a great place to stay. Seamless check in and out. Received instructions on the app and everything opened up and unlocked like it was supposed to. The room is very nice and clean. The bathroom is very nice. It has a closet and shelves for all of your clothes and belongings. Kitchen has the essentials to prepare a small meal. Nice sized fridge. The bed, in my opinion, is very comfortable and the pillows are nice as well. The deck right outside the door is good spot to hang out in the shade....

'We just got home from an amazing trip to Villa Picon. The pool and direct beach front setting is stunning. We had 8 adult family members with us and everyone had their own space. The beds were comfortable and the mini splits created the perfect white noise for sleeping, especially when the younger crew stayed up late. 'House was very clean and clearly well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped, and the villa staff kept the beach and pool areas tidy each day. There is fresh water to drink, nice hot showers, and a sweet little beach to enjoy right outside your door. The views of the ocean from the balconies and pool were gorgeous. It was such a peaceful place to spend time and a particularly wonderful spot for a big family vacation.FYI if you didn't notice in the listing, there's no dishwasher or laundry...

'We were 2 families with kids 5 kids between 4 and 12 years old.The house is amazing, 2 floors, lots of sofas, tables, chairs and great design, full of beautiful details. Rooms are very spacious and confortable, great a/a, the pool is super fun for kids, lovely garden. The house is right on the bay. It’s a gorgeous view- we got some beautiful pictures. Unfortunately we went during sargassum season & the whole Caribbean was suffering but we went in some awesome cenotes which were very much enjoyed. All in all a great vacation.
