'The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape.'

'Host Ezequiel was very welcoming; especially after arriving so late & he even had birthday decorations up for our daughter’s 21st birthday! The house was just as pictured, pool & outdoor area was nice to use, beachfront was awesome & rooftop area was great! '

'We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful palapa roofed home. It was well equipped, even had coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom included ample towels, and shower \ hair products. It was nicely decorated, the hammock was great to relax in and beds were comfortable. Outside was beautiful with lots of plants, tiny geckos, birds and a few resident cats which were sweet and friendly. The pool was refreshing and had a good temperature. There was a rustic covered outdoor common area with more hammocks...

'We were 10 guys in Cancun for a bachelor party and this villa was perfect for us. Incredible location right on the beachfront. The beach itself was nicely groomed and not crowded at all. The villa has a great common area/living room. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, and more than enough bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen. Also an incredibly welcoming and helpful host and housekeeping staff. '
