'The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Wij hebben genoten van het balkon, zwembad en privé strandje. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lol die ze onderling hebben brengen ze over op de gasten. 'Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. '

'Looks a goodpriced recently build hotel. There is tiny reception with a nice lady working who cant speak english. Unfortunatly, we arived late to the hotel, so they gave our room to others. There non left for us, andso they replaced us to another hotel from the same hotel group Koox. The one we got was the worth the same price but much much older and horrible stay.'

'The hotel is very nice, charming, and a great value for the price. It’s in the perfect location right by the beach and just steps away from 5th Avenue. We loved walking along the beach and especially enjoyed walking 5th Avenue at night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and even helping with our suitcases. 'The stay was over all pleasant (8 out of 10), although we had complications with the amount of beds reserved for us; we were a party of six and the apartment was prepared for five. There's a really nice gym on the ground floor with all sort of group lessons like yoga, pilates, etc... Please keep in mind that these apartments are not direct to the beach but one block away. One huge tip: when making reservations through booking sites, although you've set the search filter, do check the details...

'Een net hotel op een uitstekende locatie. De kamers zijn schoon en in de kamer werkte alles prima. Het zwembad is niet erg groot, maar is erg prettig om te hebben. Tijdens ons verblijf (eerste helft augustus) was er geen mogelijkheid te ontbijten of een drankje te doen, oftewel geen horeca aanwezig. Een eigen koelkast was echter wel erg fijn. Een prima hotel gelet op de prijs. '

"The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
