'Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

'This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants.
