There was no ocean view unless you were on the top floor and you looked between the trees. However, it wasn’t too far a walk to the ocean. There was really no reception area and it was difficult to find because it is located off of fifth Avenue, but you have to access it through the tequila store or the bikini shop. I drove around in a taxi, quite a while, trying to find it. But once you got in to the property, it was a funky, older Building It reminded me of a place where I went on a yoga retreat. In other reviews, it said that it was hard to sleep at night because it was loud. But I had one of the inner rooms not facing the street, so I really didn’t hear anything to keep me awake. I would come here again because it is close to the beach and very reasonably priced but it doesn’t really have any amenities like a pool, hot tub, etc..
