I celebrated my 28th anniversary at this hotel. Let me tell you it’s absolutely breathtaking. The service is immaculate here. From the time we arrived we were met with a fresh lemon scented warm damp towel to wipe our faces. We weren’t able to get a room until 3pm however we were allowed to eat and use all amenities until we were assigned a room. We had a personal butler….Yes, a butler her name was Katherine, she was awesome, very helpful and checked in with us daily. We had amazing pool service from Raul, he was always checking on us, getting us drinks and food quickly. Omar the waiter in La Cocina had a great personality loved to chat and was very personable. Carlos at bell desk was super friendly and helpful very attentive for sure.
The filet mignon at the steakhouse was on point and Christian our server was awesome, he made sure my food never touched anything I was allergic to.
The Dj In the speakeasy was on fire , he kept everyone dancing all night. 9:30 to 12 am is not enough, the music should end at 1 am when they close.
Drinks are top shelf at every bar, we had access to the VIP lounge on the 5th floor the view is gorgeous from the balcony and the staff are ready to make you anything or drink you would like.
We absolutely loved it here and we would stay forever if we could.
