Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The resort is huge! 3 resorts in one so was busy and spread out. Sometimes all the cabanas would be taken before 8am and you had to reserve some or pay or was first come first serve. Was unclear on process. Some of the restaurants were 30 + min walk from our room. Transportation (go carts) was every 15 min and then sometimes would be full at dinner hour. The beach is narrow and cannot be accessed for swimming due to coral and huge cement blocks/structures placed there to protect the coral reef. If you want to swim in pools then this is the place as there are many pools to choose from but if u want to swim in the ocean then you must go to Maroma beach (rated top 10 beaches in the world 20 min by bus away was included and exceptional). I didnt like that the advertising implied that it was a great ocean swimming resort when it wasnt and you couldn't walk along the full stretch of the beach ( interrupted by structures , too narrow etc) . The food was superior and staff awesome, very attentive and helpful. Room was very clean, beds, pillows were very comfortable. Towels fluffy and plentiful. I would go back but only if i could go to Maroma beach more than once included with package.
