All-inclusive hotels in Cancún

'Great food and service staff, but the beach and front desk ruined it. The Bad: • The Beach: Completely unclean and looked nothing like the photos. We couldn't swim at all. • Front Desk: Unprofessional. They deliberately give you a bad room to pressure you into a paid upgrade. • The Pool: Just okay, but definitely needed better cleaning. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
