All-inclusive hotels in Cancún

'The property was beautiful and modernized. The pool areas were nicely maintained. However, the majority of the staff were rude and like my or my husbands asking of anything was burdensome. Our dinner at the Asian restaurant was so poor one evening that we sat for 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Even then, our orders were taken and we were never checked on again while the couple next to us had to members of the wait staff checking on them several times...

'We will absolutely be back. There were so many activities throughout the day and night, even options for rainy days. But the best part was the beach club. We were a little worried about it not being ocean front but the beach club far surpassed our expectations. It’s was beautiful, clean, with many chairs and umbrellas.
