'The room, the stuff and the service '

'Had the most amazing time here! Food was great and the servers and bartenders were so attentive! Big shout out to our bartender Christian he would find us wherever we were and knew our drink order by the second day and he was just so amazing! Also our bartender inside Barilla made us feel at home and made us new drinks we had never tried that were delicious! There were two other ladies that were bartenders inside by the lobby but I don’t remember their names but they were sweet and made great...

'Good not great. The food was overall high quality, but it did get slightly old after a few breakfasts/lunches. The rooms have evidence that they once were top-of-the-line but have since fallen out of vogue. Not an unenjoyable stay, but there are far better resorts to spend your vacation at. We did have some phenomenal service at the restaurants and bars, with Pablo at the Mediterranean restaurant being a specific bright spot.'

'The only issue I have is that the resort air conditioning system needs to be serviced or upgraded. It was extremely hottt in the elevators. Also the elevators were extremely slow aswell. The Diamond experience was not what we expected. But overall it was a Fantastic experience'

'In general the hotel is good. Nice pools and beaches. Entertainment team was great. Food not that good. Room super clean and nice staff.'

'Everything was excellent. The staff was gorgeous. People are friendly a lot of fun. Just make sure that you make a reservation in the Chinese restaurant. That was the only fault I didn’t go to see it.'
