'Resort and property overall was very nice, well maintained, we enjoyed the time there, room was clean, spacious bed and pillows comfortable, food and service was excellent, best drinks were in the lobby and sport bar, however the drinks at pool for adults only were not at the same level than the other ones, we did not like the smell of the amenities in the room. We liked there, and hopefully can come back soon.'

'I honestly would not stay at the Occidental Tucancun again. The only real positive was the staff — everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Unfortunately, the resort itself was a huge disappointment. The biggest issue was the food. For an all-inclusive resort, the dining options were extremely limited, and most of the food tasted bland and low quality. 'Pools were nice. My son loves the pirate ship. Over all star was nice. My only issue were with the people who came to the hotel. It had carnival cruise vibes. People were telling the kids to pee in the pools because they didn't want to take the time to take them to the bathroom. I know it's annoying to take them every hour but my God it's nasty. '

'Well first off we stayed here for 10 days and when we got to our room it was like an oven the AC unit on wall says 23 that means it's 72 they had to bring us a portable AC unit for a room we had to call three or four times for them to come upstairs to fix it. Anytime we use the iron a blow dryer or a jacuzzi tub outside we had to unplug the AC unit or it would blow a breaker so then we're calling maintenance again to fix the breaker we got an ocean view room and could not enjoy the ocean view...
