All-inclusive hotels in Cancún

'Honestly probably one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot.. the resort is extremely understaffed, the food was absolutely horrible. Many nights we went without eating because dinner at the restaurants was either nasty or the wait was extremely long. Buffet wasn’t open for dinner, only breakfast and lunch. Drinks were horrible and the amount of bars was minimal. There was hardly anything going on at the resort during be day, the entertainment was not fun. Stay...

'Rooms great, restaurants as well. My favorite food and service was at the Italian on the 12th floor. Spa and masseuse were awesome, a must! Beach could have been better but weather was not on our side.'
