All-inclusive hotels in Cancún

'The air conditioning in my room on the 14th floor was not blowing much or any cold air. The ceiling fan helped but was still warm in the room. Maintenance came out and said within 20 minutes it will be much cooler. It was not! I didn’t want to change rooms and have the same issue. I changed my flight and checked out the next day.'

'It is extremely hard to make a reservation for the restaurant on the app. The workaround is that you can go directly to the restaurant when it opens and you can put your name on the waitlist. However, It’s possible that the restaurant is fully booked and that they can not guarantee they will have a table for you unless someone cancels. There are three restaurants on site and it’s strange that the Mediterranean and the Italian don’t open on the same day. When one is open, the other one is closed....
