'Can’t say enough about this great resort. Every single staff member was beyond nice. Every single one had a smile and really seemed to want to take care of us. They all constantly wanted to be of assistance and make our stay better. The resort was extremely clean and everywhere you looked there was smiling staff cleaning and maintaining. The beach was like 40 ft from the steps of the resort. And was beautiful. The security of the place is beyond great. They def want to keep their guests safe....

'The rooms are spacious & clean. The beds & sheets are comfortable. The WiFi is everywhere & very fast. The food is quite varied & decent but only 4 star. The included alcohol drinks are unlimited & with huge choices. The house red & white wines in the restaurants are by the glass, unlimited & very good. We never paid extra for bottled wine nor any cocktail. Royalton Diamond upgrade useless. No pool activities during the day. The Level 18 on top of the building was always shutdown. Very...
