All-inclusive hotels in Cancún

'The room was clean - the staff doing a good job - but is not a kid friendly except the pool ,, there’s no activities for kids ,, except the kids club which is a small room with toys that’s it !! The food was average nothing spectacular - sometimes they close the buffet for no reason and one of restaurants as well,, I don’t know why — also the buffet one day I saw a small cockroach near the food ,, makes me thinking about the cleanliness of the kitchen ,, overall is okay '

'We've been to this hotel multiple times. We love the property, the staff and the vibes. As we dine out often when visiting Cancun, we were never picky when it came to the food. We were however very pleased to find that this resort has now checked this box to make it perfect. We found ourselves on multiple occasions rushing back to make dinner at the hotel!
