'This was our second time staying at Sunscape and we will be back. The property is very clean, the food is great, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Loved that it’s family friendly with things to do for all ages. The pool is on the smaller side but it never felt crowded and we never had trouble finding chairs. '

'This is my second time staying at this property and to be honest it won't be the last. The only flaw of this resort is that the elevators take a while to arrive so just make sure to take a shot or grab a drink so help with the time. Since I only stayed for one day I was granted a free upgrade to the presidential suite and that room was the grand finale to my week long stay in Cancun. I feel like this property is perfect for solo travelers , couples and groups who desire luxury and a mild party...

'THE NEGATIVES OF MY STAY:
1) Self parking on site was advertise. THERE WAS NONE.
2) My second day, I had no hot water.
3) My second day the toilet clogged up twice.
4) My second day, I came back to my room and found my door ajar. (I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door)
5) My last night, I had no water pressure in the shower
6) My last morning, the sink stopped up and I didn’t have hot water again !
7) When I was asked for some sort of compensation for all the problems, I was told no.

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
