Biggest con was they did not have fruity water upon arrival, but they did offer to serve you a drink on arrival downfall though there was no fruity water anywhere on the premises. I like going to Mexico for fruity water. The property is large. There are three pools. The adult pool has a lot of drunk people at times but that’s OK. It’s still nice. The kid pool have family pool gets the most hours of sun in April. Just the way the hotel is situated. I’m not sure if it’s a timeshare that they tried to sell us sounded like a timeshare and I don’t think they gave everyone the same time share deal that was a little bit of a downfall, but can’t blame them for trying. Aquasize at noon was delayed one day, which was irritating, but it’s OK because the following day the aqua size guy was amazing. Food is hit or miss à la carts were pretty decent, but it was difficult to book because you had to wait in line at 8 AM and the line didn’t open till nine and food was pretty much the same every day at the buffet, they are fixing the elevator in the one tower but overall that wasn’t too bad. We didn’t do too many of the entertainment, but Michael Jackson was amazing and so was the tenors and then swimming off the beach is pretty sweet deal as long as the waves aren’t crashing down on you too hard note there are fish in that water, but it’s sporadic to see them and occasionally they fly out of the water and try to stab you. Good shopping nearby. Cheap bus is accessible and easy to get to.
