'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Unprofessional and incompetent at reception desk, average service time 15 mins for each guest, my check in took 45 mins (only e people before me), I was asked 300 dollars deposit, credit card and debit card on MasterCard circuit did not work (never happened before), ATM not working, left alone with my own problem for 2 hours to try to find a way to pay the deposit. It was a nightmare, after 15 hours flight I was totally ignored at the check in 'cause I could not find a way to pay the deposit....
