'I feel like we were ‘shunned’ because we booked our room on Expedia and not through the hotel. We were put in one of the back buildings which is old and not updated. I’m sure the bed is from the 90s! The floor in the room hasn’t been washed for ages… The staff is always great at Paradise and the beach is beautiful. My family has been members here for 30 years and because of the cartel incident, bookings were canceled. So I booked a quick trip on Expedia '

The signature Nobu restaurant was closed multiple times for private events. A residence tour was promised and never followed up on. Housekeeping never came for an entire day.
